These four images were all taken with the same telescope and optical configuration, so they show the relative sizes of the four gas giants as seen from Earth.
Jupiter is the largest planet and the closest to Earth, and it subtends an angle of near 50 arcseconds. Seen near Jupiter are its moons Europa and Io (left to right). The magnitudes and angular sizes of the objects are listed in the table.

Image details: Each image is based on a stack of several hundred frames stacked together. Alll were taken at ISO 12,800 with a Canon T6i camera through a 14" Meade
850XL telescope at f/16. Exposure times ranged from 1/200 sec for Jupiter to 1/20 sec for Uranus and Neptune.
